need advice on hair extensions

do they hurt
do they give you a bald spot
are they removable
etc

do any of you know? i'm weighing the pros and cons of getting them because i totally wanna do this hairstyle

The sew in kind? I've never had them, but i know a few people who do.
I hear they're painful at first, but they feel like real hair after a while. Verrryyy expensive im pretty sure. but they last like, forever. its crazy. You have to go in for touch ups every once in a while, but its not that bad. I would reccomend
